Tracey Robertson is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Hoodlum, an award-winning entertainment company that specialises in producing high quality content for multiple platforms. Tracey is charged with overseeing Hoodlum’s interactive and branded storytelling campaigns for the biggest networks, studios and brands worldwide as well as the development of the company’s own original projects. Hoodlum specialises in creating meaningful online experiences that engage audiences in ‘active storytelling’ – by participating in the experience the story is revealed. Hoodlum also specialise in integrating these active storytelling experiences with existing on-air storylines so what audiences discover online is played out on-air and vice versa. As a result, Hoodlum offers audiences compelling reasons to migrate between media platforms. Everything Hoodlum does uniquely balances story and interactivity, challenge and entertainment. Hoodlum’s most high-profile effort was for ABC Entertainment Marketing, for which Hoodlum invited audiences to become active members of the fictional Dharma Initiative during an eight-month project that bridged the gap between Seasons 4 and 5 of Lost. The interactive campaign earned the company an Emmy for interactive media programming, fiction, in 2009. 3 Arts Entertainment has recently signed Hoodlum with an eye towards developing original TV and digital content for U.S. networks and cable companies.
