Founded in 1996, with a worldwide staff of over 180 working from offices in Brisbane, Canberra, Sydney, Singapore, London and Manchester, we bring together all of the strategic, creative and technical skills necessary to deliver highly successful and award-winning online strategies. Sarah’s role at Reading Room encompasses providing strategic direction to clients to ensure business and end user objectives are met and that everyone on the project team understands the goals and deliverables. This involves researching user and stakeholder requirements, strategic planning and leading the design and development process. Having spent over 7 years at Reading Room in the UK, Sarah has recently moved to head up the business in Australia. Sarah previously lead our Strategy Division; a team of digital specialists covering areas such as user experience, research, design, copy writing and innovation. Sarah has over 11 years’ experience working in digital account management both in the UK and Australia. Her clients have included Porsche, Barclays, the Australian Government and Ford as well as successful dot coms. She has worked on a wide range of digital communications projects, including web development, online advertising, social media and mobile and app development. Before working in digital communications Sarah completed a Masters degree in Publishing and Art History and a BA at Exeter University.
