Creative3 focused on a full two day format which attracted 200 delegates across the two days. The third Creative3 Forum celebrated the creativity, investment models and enterprise pathways of creative leaders shaping our world. The focus of Creative3 in 2012 was to break down the silos of the creative verticals to explore global market and collaboration opportunities. This was driven by the key critical success factors for running a creative business.
In 2012, media partnerships with The Weekend Edition, APN and QUT media team resulted in planned media coverage plus organic coverage generated by speakers who promoted their participation online via their websites, blogs, Twitter and Facebook.
Creative3 began to generate further national interest with coverage across the ABC News, ABC National Radio, The Australian and The Australian Financial Review.
In April 2010, CEA initiated and hosted the first Creative3 to showcase the importance of creative industries as a driver of the Australian economy and the differing pathways to commercial success. Today, the creative industries is valued at US$2.25 trillion globally and more than $35 billion to Australian GDP.
Since launch, over 85 thought leaders and entrepreneurs have presented new models of creative business innovation to more than 1,500 delegates.
Creative3 is now Australia’s largest conference for creative entrepreneurs. At heart, Creative3 is about providing innovators, business leaders and entrepreneurs with the insights to succeed in scaling their business.
